The project consists of all civil engineering works in addition to selected finishes that included mainly block work, plaster, external and internal paint for the 24 nos buildings for the Dolphin project, mainly the following:
• ten substations
• workshop
• warehouse
• operation building
• canteen
• fire fighting station
• gate houses
• mosque
• control building
• laboratory
• technical room
• metering analyzing rooms.
