Scope of Work - Highlights

Excavation: 70,000 cu m

Reinforced Concrete: 17,000 cu m

Reinforced Steel: 2,000 tons

Power: 172 Megawatt

Kettaneh Construction carried out the civil engineering work of the project. The work comprised construction of the machine hall, bases for the turbo-generating unit, boiler house, cable tunnel, transformers area, cooling water circulating system, fuel storage, ancillary building and a 150 m high chimney.
